Email support
The fastest way to get help is email. We read every message and reply personally.
Please include a short description of what you were trying to do, what happened, and — if you have one — the email address on your Loam account. We aim to respond within two business days during beta.
Connected services
If you have linked a third-party service (such as Suunto, Garmin, Coros, Apple Health, or Health Connect) and a workout isn’t showing up, please include:
- Which service you connected.
- The approximate date and time of the workout.
- The device the workout was recorded on, if you know it.
You can disconnect any linked service at any time from your Loam account settings.
Your data
Your training data is yours. You can export a complete copy or delete your account at any time from inside Loam. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
